Ordering Your Furniture

To order your new furniture, either call us at (336) 577-3079 or complete this order form and fax it to us at (336) 725-5934 or mail it to us at Carolina Adirondack Furniture, P.O. Box 15356, Winston-Salem, NC  27113. 

Please include 1/2 of the total payment with your order and the other 1/2 when the order is complete. (We'll notify you via phone or e-mail when your order is ready). For faster delivery, you may wish to send the total payment with your order.

We accept personal checks, money orders and cashier's checks. Sorry, no credit cards.

Most orders ship withint 2-3 weeks of receipt, depending on size of order and time of year.
