Payment

We accept personal checks, money orders and cashier’s checks. Please send payment at the time of your order.

Shipping Info

Excepting our adirondack chairs, we charge a flat rate of 10% of your total order (before tax) to cover shipping costs. Your order will be shipped via FedEx Ground in the continental US only. Allow 2-5 business days for delivery after your order is shipped. Sales tax is applicable only in North Carolina.

Due to big increases in ground shipping charges for oversize orders from FedEx (and other major carriers), we charge the actual cost of shipping for our adirondack chairs. Please call or email us to get a quote for shipping these items.

Returns

In case of goods damaged in transit, please notify us by phone or e-mail within three (3) days of receipt.  We will repair or replace the item or refund your money at our discretion.

Guarantee

We take pride in what we build and how we build it. So we guarantee everything we sell.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please notify us within thirty (30) days of receipt, and we will authorize your return and issue a full refund upon receipt of the furniture.

We also guarantee the structural integrity of every piece of furniture that leaves our shop so if you have a problem (excluding normal wear and tear), let us know. We’ll make it right.
